Refund Policy

At The Smart Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no refund policy, except in cases where we have sent you the wrong item.


1. No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders once they have been placed, except under the specific condition mentioned below.


2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of the wrong item (photo or video) must be provided via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, based on your preference.

3. No Refunds for the Following Reasons

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • The item does not meet personal expectations (size, color preference, etc.).
  • The delivery was delayed due to courier issues or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen display differences.
